Terms & Conditions:
1 Application and approval required.
2 Basic Card Members on a U.S. Business Platinum Card Account (“Card Account”) who make $250,000 in eligible purchases in a calendar year (“$250,000 Purchase Requirement”) are eligible to receive up to $1,200 in Amex Travel Online Flight Statement Credits in the following calendar year after they use their Card Account to pay for eligible flights booked on Amextravel.com or the Amex Travel App™ between January 1 and December 31 of the following calendar year (“Active Credit Window”). Card Members must charge the flight(s) to The Business Platinum Card® Account that has met the $250,000 Purchase Requirement (“Qualified Card Account”) to be eligible for the statement credits. Any prepaid airline or cabin class is eligible for the statement credits. The total amount of statement credits for eligible flight purchases will not exceed $1,200 per calendar year, per Qualified Card Account. Enrollment is not required. Eligible purchases made by Card Members starting January 1, 2025, will count toward the $250,000 Purchase Requirement for the 2025 calendar year.
Eligible purchases to meet the $250,000 Purchase Requirement are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, cash advances, purchases of travelers checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments, or other cash equivalents. If a Card Member upgrades or downgrades from a different American Express Card to a Business Platinum Card, eligible purchases made on their previous Card during the current calendar year will count toward meeting the $250,000 Purchase Requirement on the new Business Platinum Card. Eligible purchases made by any Employee Card Members on the Business Platinum Account will contribute to the $250,000 Purchase Requirement. Basic Card Members can track their progress towards the current year $250,000 Purchase Requirement in the Benefits tab of their online Card Account and in the American Express App. Card Members will unlock both the $1,200 Amex Travel Online Flight Statement Credit and the $2,400 American Express One AP® Credit by satisfying the $250,000 Purchase Requirement a single time in a calendar year.
Statement credits are typically reflected on your Card Account within a few days of the corresponding charge posting, however it may take up to 90 days after an eligible purchase is charged to the Card Account for the statement credits to be reflected on your Card Account. American Express relies on the merchant's processing of transactions to determine the transaction date. The transaction date may differ from the date you made the purchase if, for example, there is a delay in the merchant submitting the transaction to us or if the merchant uses another date as the transaction date. This means purchases made too close to the close of the year may not be dated within the Active Credit Window. For example, if an eligible purchase is made on December 31, but the merchant processes the transaction such that it is identified to us as occurring on January 1, then your statement credit will not be applied to that Active Credit Window. Statement credits may not be received or may be reversed if the booking is cancelled or modified. If the Card Account is cancelled or past due, it may not qualify to receive a statement credit. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as eligible, you will not receive the statement credits. For example, your transaction will not be eligible if it is a booking: (i) made directly with the airline, (ii) not made through American Express Travel online, or (iii) not made with the Qualified Card Account. Eligible travel purchases include scheduled flights made online on AmexTravel.com or in the Amex Travel App, minus returns and other credits. Incidental fees paid directly to the airline (such as refreshment charges paid not on Amextravel.com) will not be credited back. If American Express, in its sole discretion, determines that you have engaged in or intend to engage in any manner of abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this benefit, American Express will not have an obligation to provide and may reverse any statement credits provided to you. If a charge for an eligible purchase is included in a Pay Over Time balance on your Card Account, the statement credit associated with that charge may not be applied to that Pay Over Time balance. Instead, the statement credit may be applied to your Pay In Full balance.

3 Basic Card Members on a U.S. Business Platinum Card Account (“Card Account”) who make $250,000 in eligible purchases in a calendar year (“$250,000 Purchase Requirement”) are eligible to receive up to $2,400 in statement credits on their Business Platinum Card Account in the following calendar year when they use their Card Account to pay for American Express One AP® fees between January 1 and December 31 of the following calendar year (“Active Credit Window”). Eligible purchases made by Card Members starting January 1 2025 will count toward the $250,000 Purchase Requirement for the 2025 calendar year. A Card Account that has satisfied the $250,000 Purchase Requirement is considered a “Qualified Card Account”. Card Members must separately request and be approved for a One AP account in order to use the service, and the Company that is responsible for One AP fees must be the same as the Company associated with the Card Account.
An eligible Card Member’s One AP statement credits will be applied to their Card Account billing statement against any (i) then-applicable platform access fees, (ii) applicable transaction fees associated with their One AP usage, and/or (iii) applicable taxes, in each case as charged to the Qualified Card Account. The platform access fee will automatically renew each month, unless the service is canceled or all additional payments methods are deactivated, as applicable. To learn more about One AP’s cancellation deadlines and requirements, please see the One AP terms and conditions below. One AP bills in arrears, meaning in order to utilize the full $2,400 One AP Credit in any Active Credit Window, you may need to incur One AP fees charged to your Qualified Card Account in December of the year in which you first meet the $250,000 Purchase Requirement. Each Card Account may only earn a total of $2,400 in credits per calendar year. Enrollment in the statement credit on your American Express Online Account is not required for the One AP Credit, however, you must request and be approved for a One AP account and the Qualified Card Account must be the account to which your One AP fees are billed. If you need to change the Card being billed, you must call 1-844-358-4025. See https://www.americanexpress.com/oneap-getstarted to learn more and find out how to request a One AP account. American Express One AP® ACH may not be available to all customers.
Non-card transactions (check, ACH) are not eligible purchases. Card Members can track their progress towards the current year $250,000 Purchase Requirement in the Benefits tab of their online Card Account and in the American Express App. Your status tracker will reflect your posted transactions, net of returns, up to the $250,000 mark. Card Members will unlock both the $1,200 Amextravel.com Flights Credit and the $2,400 American Express One AP® Credit by satisfying the Purchase Requirement a single time in a given calendar year.
Statement credits are typically reflected on your Card Account within a few days of the corresponding charge posting, however it may take 90 days after an eligible transaction is charged to the Card Account for the statement credits to be reflected on your Card Account. Statement credits may not be received or may be reversed if the One AP fee is refunded. If the Card Account is cancelled or past due, it may not qualify to receive a statement credit. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as eligible, you will not receive the statement credits. For example, your transaction will not be eligible if One AP fees are billed to a card other than your Qualified Card Account.
4 American Express One AP® may not be available to all customers. To access the service, all customers will be required to enroll their eligible U.S.-issued American Express® Business, Corporate, or Corporate Purchasing Card. There is no fee to use the service for customers electing to process only Card payments. Use of additional payment methods requires activation through an American Express® Specialist and a monthly platform access fee of $200 which will automatically renew each month, unless the service is cancelled or all additional payments methods are deactivated, as applicable. If additional payment methods are being used, with the monthly platform access fee, to the extent used, the first 400 check transactions and first 400 automated ACH transactions each month are complimentary, after which point a fee of $1.00 per check and $0.35 per automated ACH transaction will apply. Fees are subject to change. Sales tax on fees may apply. All fees associated with American Express One AP® will be auto-billed monthly in arrears to the first Card enrolled for the service. The monthly platform access fee will be charged starting in the month in which the customer first uses an additional payment method and will not be pro-rated; the full monthly platform access fee will be charged regardless of when in the month a customer activates and first uses an additional payment method. Customers may cancel the service or activate/deactivate additional payment methods by contacting their American Express® Specialist. The customer will be charged the full monthly platform access fee (and any applicable transaction fees and taxes) for the month in which the service is cancelled (or all additional payment methods are deactivated), with continued access to the service for the thirty days following the cancellation date. Customer must cancel by 5:00 PM ET on the last business day of the month to avoid being charged the platform access fee for the following month. To make a Card payment to a supplier through the service, the supplier must be an American Express-accepting merchant. To learn more, please contact your American Express® Specialist.
