Learn how you can reward your business with statement credits when you make eligible purchases on Dell Technologies.

September 30, 2025

The Business Platinum Card® from American Express rewards you for upgrading your workplace with Dell Technologies. From Dell Pro laptops built for performance, to accessories that boost productivity and collaboration, you can power up your benefits while getting down to business. Upgrade your tech with the latest PCs and more. Beginning July 1st, get up to $150 in statement credits on U.S purchases directly with Dell Technologies on your Business Platinum Card*¹ and an additional $1,000 statement credit after you spend $5,000 or more on that same Card per calendar year. Enrollment required.

*Calendar year for 2025 begins 7/1/25 for this benefit. Only purchases made after enrollment are eligible.

      Terms + Conditions

¹Benefit enrollment required. Only the Basic Card Member or Authorized Account Manager(s) on a Business Platinum Card® Account can enroll the Card Account in the benefit. Card Members enrolled in the previous Business Platinum Dell Benefit as of June 30th, 2025 will be auto-enrolled in this benefit. Eligible purchases must be charged to the enrolled Card Account for the benefit to apply. Purchases by both the enrolled Basic Card Member and Employee Card Members on the enrolled Card Account are eligible to contribute towards the qualifying spend threshold for statement credits. Each Card Account is eligible for up to $1,150 in statement credits across all Cards on the enrolled Card Account per calendar year. Each Card Account can receive up to $150 in statement credits for eligible purchases with Dell Technologies and an additional $1,000 statement credit after $5,000 in eligible purchases with Dell Technologies are charged to the enrolled Card Account within a calendar year. Benefit begins July 1st, 2025, and only qualifying purchases from this date onwards will count towards the benefit. Valid only on purchases made directly with Dell Technologies or at dell.com in the U.S. and U.S. territories where Dell Technologies is the merchant of record for the purchases. Not valid on online purchases shipped outside of the U.S. and U.S. territories, purchases from unauthorized resellers or online auctioneers. Certain purchases may require enrollment in Dell subscription plans that are subject to auto-renewal. If you purchase a subscription plan, Dell will charge you the then-applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes on your subscription renewal date until cancelled. For more information about Dell’s cancellation requirements and deadlines, please visit Dell Customer Support. For the up to $150 in statement credits, please allow 6-8 weeks after an eligible purchase is charged to the Card Account for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account. For the spend $5,000, get $1,000 statement credit, please allow 6-8 weeks after an eligible purchase, which causes the enrolled Card Account to meet the qualifying spend threshold, is charged to the Card Account for the statement credit to be posted to the Account. Please call the number on the back of the Card if the statement credits have not posted after 8 weeks from the date of eligible purchases. If there is a delay in the merchant submitting the transaction to us or if the merchant uses another date as the transaction date, then the purchase may not contribute toward the statement credit benefit for the benefit period in which the purchase was made. If the Card Member has transferred to a different Card at the time the merchant submits the transaction, the Card Member may not receive the statement credit(s). American Express relies on accurate transaction data from the merchant to identify eligible purchases. Note that American Express may not receive information about an eligible purchase from the merchant until all items from an eligible purchase have been provided/shipped by the merchant. In this case, a purchase would apply toward the statement credit(s) available in the next benefit period. Purchases may fall outside of the benefit period in which the purchase was made in some cases due to a delay in the merchant submitting transactions to us. For the up to $150 in statement credits, the statement credit(s) may be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, refunded, cancelled or modified. For the spend $5,000, get $1,000 statement credit, the statement credit may be reversed if an eligible purchase, is returned, refunded, cancelled or modified, causing the enrolled Card Account to no longer meet the qualifying spend threshold. Statement credits for eligible purchases, or any reversals, may be applied to either the Pay in Full balance or the Pay Over Time balance regardless of where the eligible purchases originally posted. If American Express does not receive information that identifies a transaction as eligible for the benefit, the statement credit will not be received. For example, a transaction will not be eligible if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, the statement credit may not be received if a transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it. To be eligible for this benefit, the Card Account must not be cancelled or past due at the time of statement credit fulfillment. For additional information, call the number on the back of your Card.
